Matt‘s specialty is in finding innovative and unique ways to consistently deliver magical shots that support his vision of telling a story people want to watch. The former rally driving champion was inspired to direct by a film that genuinely got him stoked and has made it his lifelong goal to give others the same feeling that inspired him. He is an expert in all frequent traveler programs and efficiently racks up 300 days on the road each year. Matt finds the most groundbreaking approach to telling a story and has never missed a shot.

Morgan – Editor

Mastermind of the mask, Morgan is more skilled than Chef Morimoto with the slice. Morgan specializes in time-sensitive editing requests, some of which are on location,  and often delivers RED native 4k projects in under 24 hours. He has an innate ability to craft a story that matters and an eye for identifying what people will want to watch before most others get done transcoding. There is no editing technique outside his realm and surely no set of shortcut commands faster than his own. He owns a pair of zipper pants.

Manager of all arrangements, Frances Kate oversees daily operations, working closely with internal team and clients to ensure products and services are effectively delivered with high-satisfaction. With a background in public relations she can make friends with just about anyone and in turn makes anything happen. Years of experience in crisis management combined with her intuitive passion for problem solving have cultivated a skill set that covers a wide-array of unspoken needs. Whether it’s finding your lost United Airlines baggage or finding a way to shut down roads in a French town within hours, Frances Kate gets it done and typically with a highlighted impeccably organized spreadsheet or some sort. She also has a knack for data analysis and developing comprehensive reports for client use.
