We are currently 3 full time employees, a group of subcontractors, and hopefully 1 or 2 part time people that can work more here in the office.
The person we are looking for would manage and handle all of our equipment and gear here in GR, and occasionally on location. We have lots of high end camera gear, and quite a lot of custom stuff too that always needs prep, re-prep, organizing, packing, un-packing, replacement, servicing, etc.. This person would have impeccable organization skills, eye for extreme detail and be able to often take initiative and work on their own finding solutions for problems and getting them solved. Would be able to deal with absolutely ridiculous timelines and requests (I need the Phantom in Belgium, tomorrow, it also needs new control cables).
Position would probably start off part time, a couple days a week, and see how things go. I know lots of our equipment is very specialized and requires time to learn and figure out. You’d get to play with lots of cool camera stuff. Probably come on shoots now and then as location assistant.
